      Hello all. 
      As we transition to JSM alerts in operations menus we find lacking in the "notes" section of the alerts the ability to be able to paste pictures, hyperlinks, etc.

      Sugestion to have the notes part in the alerts the same editing features as in the tickets. (bold, italic, etc)
