      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.

      As a JIRA Service Desk user, I'd like to edit system and custom fields after creating the Service Desk request through the Customer Portal.

      This is necessary in case an information is incorrectly entered while creating it, or if any changes are need to be made to the existing info. Otherwise, I'd need to go to the JIRA issue to modify it.
