Allow user to edit fields using the Customer Portal

      In some cases, the user is required to update few fields via the Customer Portal, which currently only allows users to add comments.

      It will be nice if it's possible for the user to be able to update and edit custom fields directly from the Customer Portal instead of going to the default issue view.
