      Problem Description

      Currently, there is no way to track every mail notification sent out by Jira Service Management to customers and it would be great to have such a feature.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide outgoing mail logs so that users can track if some emails are not sent out to certain customers.

            I've been a Jira admin for 5 years now. This is something that regularly comes up as a feature that would help a ton. Hoping it's something that can be implemented in the future!

            We need to view outbound email log as it would be time consuming to check through email server.

            This has been an issue with my instance's users for years now, we absolutely need this log. And I know Atlassian keeps track of it, as they can find the outgoing hits from their end when I contact support

            Outbound email logs are an essential feature. Where is it?

            Upvoting, in similar request for Cloud (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4698) there is an information of preparation timeline of release. How about DC?
