Need to have the ability to create Kanban board for Service Management Projects.
Customer's requirement states that it would be easier to track the progress of tickets for customer if we have a board.
I administer a Jira instance with JSM and Jira Software and I can't remember how many times users asked me how their clients could have access to their project's kanbans. Most of the time I simply denied the request explaining that this isn't allowed in Jira. A few times I had to give user licenses to some clients, which let them access more than what they need. It would be very useful to be able to give to our clients read-only access to our kanbans.
