      Need to have the ability to create Kanban board for Service Management Projects.

      Customer's requirement states that it would be easier to track the progress of tickets for customer if we have a board.

      I administer a Jira instance with JSM and Jira Software and I can't remember how many times users asked me how their clients could have access to their project's kanbans. Most of the time I simply denied the request explaining that this isn't allowed in Jira. A few times I had to give user licenses to some clients, which let them access more than what they need. It would be very useful to be able to give to our clients read-only access to our kanbans.

      (This was previously suggested for JSM Cloud on JSDCLOUD-8389.)

            This feature would be incredibly helpful for service management projects that need to have an organized workflow. There is a big need for having service requests/issues sorted into a Kanban board for efficiency. Please!

            Moved from MS Azure DevOps to Jira Service Manager and really miss the Kanban boards feature to manage ticket flow and get true oversight of workload - should be a standard feature on an enterprise application like this.

            We're unable to migrate to cloud, so paid the large premium to upgrade to Data Center. This feature would greatly assist our teams espeically given the premium we pay.

            This feature is greatly needed for my development team in order to efficiently manage and prioritize team workload. This is a significant obstacle requiring me to pull issue data into excel to manually coordinate with my team. This falls short for expectations of an enterprise system, this feature should be standard, like DevOps.

            Please,  IT Team needs this feature,  the used to have it on our previous ITSM and they found it very annoying not having this kanban view

            I have had countless users on Jira Data Center request Kanban Boards because the Queue feature is insufficient. If Cloud has it, Data Center should, as well.

            Not fair! Cloud gets all the good stuff! On premise data center installations need kanban boards, too!!!
