Ability to create Kanban Board for Service Management

      Need to have the ability to create Kanban board for Service Management Projects.

      Customer's requirement states that it would be easier to track the progress of tickets for customer if we have a board.

      Thank you so much for your feedback and interest in Kanban Board for Jira Service Management!

      We're pleased to let you know that Board view is now available. Board view will be turned on for all new projects. For existing projects, please go to Project Settings -> Features and toggle on the Board:

       

      We are marking this Suggestion as Closed. We are currently working on more features for Boards including:

      • Quick Filters
      • Swimlanes
      • Card Colors
      • General settings (and choose the JQL behind the Board)
      • Multiple Boards per project
