Expose Customer Satisfaction survey API

      From what I can see, there is currently no Java API that exposes the comment from a satisfaction survey. It's not possible to get the rating and customer comment by API.

            From what I can see, there is currently no [Java API|https://docs.atlassian.com/jira-servicedesk/3.2.0/] that exposes the comment from a satisfaction survey. It's possible to get the rating, but not any customer comment.
