Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.
Currently, when responding to the Customer Satisfaction survey, it only closes if a comment is left. It would be helpful to have the option to close the window even if no comment is added.
This is misleading to the customer giving feedback because it looks like the survey was not submitted even though the text above the stars shows it was. There should be an option to skip the comment because the way it is showing, the comment is not actually optional; it is required to close the screen.
We don't implement this on client sites as much but I see how confusing can it be when it comes to leaving a rating/feedback. If I just leave an X-star rating, I'm not sure if it was submitted or not (in cases where I do not leave a comment).
This should definitely be redesigned in some way > e.g. 'Submit' button should be available even though the comment is optional.

Clearly, the people who were responsible for this csat page didn't bother to test it. It's embarassing. Please, just fix it asap.
