Issue Summary
Survey translations doesn't match project's default language
Steps to Reproduce
- The default language for the Service desk project is set to German.
- A new user initiates contact by sending an email to the project.
- The new user solely communicates via email and does not utilize the portal for any interaction hence the account preference will fall back to projects default language.
- The issue is successfully resolved.
- The user receives a CSAT email in the project's default language, which should be German.
- Despite expectations, the user receives an English CSAT survey (the stars and their definitions) within an email that is in German.
Expected Results
The user should receive the complete survey email in German, which is the default language of the project.
Actual Results
The user receives an English CSAT survey (the stars and their definitions) within an email that is in German.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
