Description
Problem Definition
Some customers would like to be able to stop receiving CSAT survey for themselves. Currently there is no way for an end user to opt-out of receiving these. JSM is designed to automatically send these out when an issue gains a resolution value.
The only option right now is for a project admin to enable or disable CSAT for the entire project. There is no kind of exemption list of users that might not want to receiving such survey requests.
Suggested Solution
- Create a means for end users (users in the customer role) to be able to opt out of receiving CSAT survey emails.
- Ideally this would provide options on a per project and/or per site basis.
Why this is important
- Some customers find CSAT requests an additional annoyance, but yet they have no means to stop requesting such emails reach them.
- There is no way for any user to opt out of receiving these when the project has them enabled
Workaround
no workaround is currently possible for this.
