Make Satisfaction comment searchable via JQL, and expose Satisfaction survey API

      From what I can see, there is currently no Java API that exposes the comment from a satisfaction survey. It's possible to get the rating, but not any customer comment.

      Similarly, it doesn't seem possible to search the customer comment using JQL.
