      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      From what I can see, there is currently no Java API that exposes the comment from a satisfaction survey. It's possible to get the rating, but not any customer comment.

      Similarly, it doesn't seem possible to search the customer comment using JQL.

      Workaround

      Refer to Save satisfaction comment in a custom field.
