Allow customers to respond CSAT surveys within tickets

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Allowing customers to respond to the CSAT survey from the portal/tickets would make it easier to find the survey, instead of having to search for it in their mailbox.
