Issue Summary
The current behavior is, that the CSAT email will only have a link to redirect customers to the portal to fill out the survey. If this is the case having the stars within the email with each one pointing to a different URL parameter rating=#, makes no difference and seems to be confusing customers
Problem:
According to the documentation, "this email will include a form that allows customers to leave a rating and some written feedback about how their request was handled", however, the email is just a link to the portal.
Suggestion:
To avoid confusion, either remove the stars from the email or pre-fill the stars on the portal with the rating selected in the email.
Workaround
Currently there are no workaround available for Cloud.
