Configurable push notifications for customer satisfaction survey

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      Currently, there is no option for sending push notifications from the cloud environment and would be really helpful if there is a configurable option to send push/pop-up messages for collecting surveys from customers after ticket closure.
