Problem Definition
Currently it is not possible to include and/or edit the logo that is sent by Jira Service Desk for customer satisfaction surveys.
Suggested Solution
- Add the ability to send Jira Service Desk portal logo instead in CSAT emails.
or - Have the ability to choose the logo sent out for via Jira Service Desk notifications
Workaround
None at this time.
