Customize Satisfaction Feedback wording on every selected rating

      NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Cloud. Using JIRA Service Desk Server? See the corresponding suggestion.

      Problem Description

      When SD customer click Satisfaction Feedback on the email notification, it will be redirected to Satisfaction Feedback page where they can add the rating and leave a comment. The current wording for every selected rating are:

      • Sorry to hear that
      • Thanks! We got it.
      • Awesome! We Got it.

      It is not currently possible to update that.

      Suggested Resolution

      It would be great if users can have an option to edit the wordings.
