Add message about Customer Notification dependency on the CSAT configuration page

      Currently there is no warning or note in UI that CSAT survey is dependent on specific Customer Notification ("Request resolved" or "Customer-visible status changed")

      This can lead to confusion from users as to why CSAT is not working.

      Adding a message or warning about Customer Notification dependency on the CSAT configuration page would help admins to better understand how both are connected.
