Issue Summary

This ticket is being used to track (via Issue links) the various date time format issues (system, custom, all views and inputs) that are raised for Jira Cloud. Please add a comment here if you see a date or date-time whose format does not respect your language preferences and our Support team can raise or locate a ticket so our engineers are aware of the problem.
