Jira showing comments in days format and not absolute format like mm/dd/yy

This is very confusing, We would like to change this to use absolute format like mm/dd/yy hr:min:sec format. upon reading online it suggested since we are using cloud version we have to seek atlassian help to fix config file to disbale this featyre
