Date time picker custom field (not) available in the new issue view

      Problem
      When trying to make a 'Date time picker' custom field appears in the new JIRA issue view, nothing happens. This type of custom field is not available yet in the view.

      Suggestion
      Make 'Date time picker' custom field available in the new Jira issue view.
