Issue Summary

In New Issue Navigator (NIN) Filters , When we Hover over Created/Updated Date, it doesn’t show the Timestamp.

When you switch to Old UI and hover over created column, it does show the Time as well.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to View all issues in NIN
2. Hover over Created or Updated Column.
3. It should show Date with Time Stamp.

Expected Results

Date/Time stamp not appearing when Hover over Created/Updated field.

Actual Results

Date/Time stamp should appear when Hover over Created/Updated field.

Workaround

Switch to Old Issue Navigator and it show the date with time stamp.
