Ability to edit the startOfWeek() to a different day

      Problem Definition

      The issues searched with reference to created on startOfWeek() shows the issues created on Sunday and not Monday.

      Look and Feel settings state
       

      Use ISO8601 standard in Date Picker
      Turning it on will cause Monday to be the first day of week in the Date Picker, as specified by the ISO8601 standard

      But it does not work.

      Suggested Solution

      The startOfWeek() must be configurable to the desired day.

      Workaround
