Description
- Login as an administrative user in Confluence Cloud.
- Go to Confluence Admin
- Under Administration, no option to Re-index.
- Visit URL manually (https://[domain].atlassian.net/wiki/admin/search-indexes.action), get not permitted message.
- Previously was able to do this.

After: a strange glitch, reported to Support, who reindexed our site to resolve the problem.
At least some monitor tools to enable customers to take proactive action when performance thresholds are breached.
