ADVANCE SEARCH: pages or attachments title that match the search string should be listed First

      Issue Summary

      While searching in confluence, pages and attachments titles that match the search string should be listed first.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Search for a text in confluence 

      Expected Results

      pages or attachments title that match the search string should be listed First

      Actual Results

      Search results are listed randomly. not properly sorted.

      Workaround

      Use the Filter Title under more filter to search content titles only.

            ac8ecbf6db22 is correct. 

            As one example, we have a page titled "Redwood to TFACT Integrations".

            • If you search for that page using the upper right search bar, it does not show in the search results. You instead get pages containing mentions of any of those words in their body content. 
            • If you go to Advanced search and enter the page title in quotes, it still does not show that page in the search results. It does however return pages that link to the "Redwood to TFACT Integrations" page you are looking for.
            • Only if you then go to More Filters in Advanced Search and check off "Titles only" will it display that page. 

            This is critical functionality. We just migrated from Data Center to the Cloud this month and the fact that searching for a page by title returns everything BUT the page you are looking for is incredibly concerning to my users.
