Sometimes, Customer would like to have their own Option for "Raise this request on behalf of" feature available to Jira Service Management agents and customers, so that each customer can create tickets on their colleagues behalf in the organisation. Hence, having two similar as in the form is causing a confusion for the users in portal.
We'd like hide this field from the portal form so we can use our own custom field instead of the reporter
