Issue Summary
Currently following the available documentation to connect Slack to Rovo ( Connect Slack to Rovo, Atlassian Cloud ), you can only authorize and successfully one single workspace to a site. There is no support to create multiple connections or use the same connection in several different workspaces.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
- Select Settings > Rovo.
- Under the Sites tab, next to the site you want to connect, select More actions (•••) and select Add connector.
- Select Slack and press Next.
Next, to configure Slack:
- Give your workspace a memorable nickname.
- Review the disclaimer.
- Select Authorize Slack.
- A new tab will open to step you through Slack authorization. If you are signed into multiple Slack workspaces - make sure you are authorizing the correct workspace. It can be changed in the top right of the this screen.
- Step through the Slack authorization flow.
Expected Results
Have an option to either:
- Use the same connector to authorize multiple workspaces
- Be able to create multiple connectors, integrating a single workspace per connector but allowing multiple in the same site
Actual Results
Fail to add multiple workspaces in the same connector, and also see failure when trying to add multiple connectors with one single workspace.
Workaround
There is no available workaround. The existing connector only supports a single workspace.
