Issue Summary
While it is possible to display pages with a chosen label in the page by using the Content by Label macro, it won't display the links for the pages for users without a Confluence license but have a license to JSM as Customer (unlicensed users)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a page in Confluence and add a label to it e.g: test
- Create another page and add the Content by Label macro to the page, filter by the label "test" created
- In global Permissions, check the option to allow JSM access to use Confluence
- Create a link with a knowledge base and open to unlicensed users (any logged in users can view) in the Knowledge base Project in JSM
- Log in with the portal account credentials
- Get the link for the knowledge base article link in the portal
- Get the link to check the same page in Confluence while logged in as a JSM customer
Expected Results
Unlicensed users can see the results from the Content by label in the JSM portal and in the Confluence pages.
Actual Results
Users with JSM customer accounts can see the content by label macro content only in the portal knowledge base, but not on the Confluence page, it displays the error below:
Error rendering macro 'contentbylabel' : CQL was parsed but the search manager was unable to execute the search. Error message: com.atlassian.confluence.api.service.exceptions.SSStatusCodeException: There was an illegal request passed to XP-Search Aggregator API : HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
Workaround
See the content from the page in the JSM knowledge base portal
