Currently Confluence does not index URLs, which means that references to a URL cannot be searched within Confluence.
Add the option to allow the text of URLs to be indexed and searched on.
Steps to reproduce:
- Consider a page that contains the following content:
- When searching for "lucene.apache.org", the page can be found:
- However, when searching for "www.google.com", the page can not be found:
