Oh my. I thought we were fairly current. Glad you're trolling the comments. Thank you. I will upgrade ASAP.

dave19 - sorry for the hassle. You should look at upgrading to a later version - Confluence 5.6.6 was released 4+ years ago. Let us know if there is anything we can do to make the upgrade easier for you.

This is happening to me right now in Confluence version 5.6.6.

Does "RESOLVED" mean fixed in the code or user must do a workaround (e.g., view profile to activate in autocomplete user lists)?

Also, would be nice to have a field above called something like "Resolution Notes" so I don't have to troll through all these hit-or-miss Comments. Ugh.

            Sweet!!!

I couldn't repro the Mel case either, but with the fix now on EAC I tested all the cases that had been causing me the most grief and they are fixed. Thanks.

Would be good to QA this one with CONF-23727

I haven't been able to reproduce this for Mel, but have been able to reproduce (and fix) for Ted Tencza, Bryan Rollins and Shihab. In these cases there is a common prefix between the firstname and either the last name or their username. The fix is up on EAC now.

Hit this issue for Melanie Carasso.

We are seeing the same issue where a user can't be found by typing their full name but their username will show them (due to the username being unique).
