Once opted out of Atlassian intelligence by a customer for an organisation should be retained until and unless customer decides to enable it themselves.
Current Workarounds
Customer has to manually disable Atlassian intelligence each time a new product is added to their organisation.
Unintentional activation of Atlassian AI can lead to data protection violations and subsequent penalties.
Atlassian AI should not be activated automatically in any way.
