User Problem

Currently, Rovo and Rovo Agents do not have the capacity to read or index PDF files from third-party providers. 

Note: This is not the case for first-party providers (i.e. PDFs stored in Confluence are indexed and can be read) 

Suggested Solutions

Enable Rovo and Rovo Agents to support reading and index PDF files from third-party providers for search results. This will enable Rovo to have PDF files included in the index and provide more targeted responses.
