Make AI available for users accessing Confluence anonymously

      Currently, AI is available for Confluence users only. This suggestion is to provide an option for AI to be enabled for anonymous users.

            We work in higher education and use Confluence as a knowledge base for staff who answer questions from faculty and students. Many of our pages are public so that other staff can look up answers and thus answers are consistent. It would be great if all our staff, especially those without accounts, could test the AI search option.
