Support GitLab Self Managed and GitLab Dedicated for Rovo

      Issue Summary

      As stated on Connect GitLab to Rovo, we support all SaaS offerings for GitLab (Free, Premium, and Ultimate). However, we currently do not support self-managed or dedicated versions.

      Suggestion

      Extend support to GitLab Self-Managed and GitLab Dedicated offerings, too.
