Issue Summary
We've seen 2 instances where users have migrated via CCMA and content is not indexed properly resulting in inaccurate search results or Page Properties Report macro failing to pull accurate data.
Steps to Reproduce
- Migrate Space data via CCMA
- First Path - Search for data that would typically return many results
- Second Path - View a page with Page Properties Report macro
(NOTE: There are additional variables that are not accounted for yet as there have been migrations where Support triggering reindexing is not required.
Expected Results
- When trying both paths, results should be accurate and match results from Confluence Server
- It would be helpful to have visibility into the state of indexing. This would help users know they were impacted instead of running into a variety of symptoms
Actual Results
In both cases, the results are not valid. The Page Properties Report macro will show only 1 page instead of many. Search by keyword or another filter will not pull the correct number of pages.
Workaround
- For Searches - Manual workaround is to edit a page to see it populate in Search
- For Page Properties Macro - Manual workaround is to perform any type of edit on the page so the macro can locate missing page

We just migrated to Confluence cloud and our users are complaining of this issue as well
