Summary
At the moment when a user goes to the Atlassian Intelligence page, if they have AI enabled for a deactivated product the page shows a message Unable to load product. Reload page to try again.
Proposed solution
We should provide an appropriate error that explains that the product is deprecated.
An example would be: The product you are trying to access is deprecated, please follow this doc for further details.
We can then link a doc to explain what can be done next.
