At the moment, only Agents/Admins with a Confluence license can see issues from embedded KB articles in the Portal view that have the "Jira issues" macro:
However, when a customer account tries to see the same KB article, the macro won't load any info and instead will show a "No results found" message:
It'd be nice to have this feature for customers too that want to see Requests where they are part of as:
- Issue Reporter
- Approver
- Request participant
- Ticket is shared with a customer organization
