Issue Summary
The conversations tab in the Virtual Agent does not currently show the Jira issues created when a conversation is Escalated(resolution = Escalated).
Having a link to the Jira issue would allow the admin to review the ticket and make improvements to the Virtual Agent and the intents.
Expected Results
When the resolution is escalated, provide a link to the Jira ticket that was created.
Actual Results
The conversations tab just shows that the Resolution was Escalated with no link to the Jira ticket.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
