Issue Summary

It's possible to delete a workflow status from Jira if this status is not present in any active workflow. If the status is associated with an SLA condition, its deletion will break the SLA.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add an "Entered status:" condition to an SLA;
2. Remove this status from all workflows and delete it from Jira.

Expected Results

Option 1: It's not possible to delete statuses that are associated with SLAs.

Option 2: Jira shows a warning message at the time of the status deletion.

Option 3: The condition is automatically removed from the SLA.

Actual Results

Statuses can be deleted normally and without a warning. SLAs using that status get broken.

Workaround

Remove the invalid condition from your SLA.
