      Problem Definition

Currently, there's no option for administrator to export SLA configuration data including the goals settings if they would like to have the same configuration for other projects. The administrator need to copy is manually.

      Suggested Solution

Provide option to export the SLA configuration data and import it to a different project.

      Why this is important

It's easier for the administrator to use the same configuration for a different project.

      Workaround

      Copy the configuration manually.

I would think this should be a basic feature.... :-/  ( exporting and importing SLA settings...)

Manually updating or setting new SLAs for 200+ projects is a very big waste of time for employees.

There should be a smarter / automated way of doing this!

Data Center / Server contains this feature - why it's not inside the cloud? And why is there no smart workaround than doing it manually?

I need to export these manually for every project (about 40 of them) each year as part of the annual audits to confirm we are aligning to SLA's. This has been on the community forums since 2018 so about time Atlassian actually got around to it. Surely it can't be that hard to build?

Please add the functionality to take back up of SLAs because its quite hectic job to manually note the SLAs and in case of any mishap then you again have to put all those efforts to get those SLAs back in to your project. Its a basic functionality that must be provided with this JSM.

This will take ages again until it's done. Until that point, several hours were spend to do manual redundant work. This makes me very sad as the current Data Center / Server version ALREADY contains this feature - why it's not inside the cloud? And why is there no smart workaround than doing it manually?

SLAs of course want to be centrally controlled and rolled out within a snap - like with the mass editing of issues.

Why was this not discussed and implemented beforehand? I guess this is another reason to think about "how we should implement features in Cloud in future generally better than now".

I will also add that this is extremely tedious and a much needed function.

Hi we really need it because we have to copy manually, we have mesure that we spent 30 minutes per project coping and pasting . We have 30 proyects, then we spent 15 hours copy them!!! It is to much time for setting all the projects!!! And with the risk of copy it wrong.

Would be a very welcome feature. Because now I need to add an SLA for 101 service desks manually.
