Display the start of the message when a virtual agent sends a new message on the portal and widget

      Current State:

      Currently, the Virtual agent when used on the portal and the widget will prompt the user to the end of the message/conversation. This is not a very good user experience as the user has to scroll to the top of the message every single time.

      Proposed state

      The agent should display the start of the message instead.
