Description
Problem Definition
The user would like to embed a third-party widget into Jira Service Desk Portal. This will allow users to integrate custom chatbots and other widgets to be integrated into their portal.
Suggested Solution
Provide a functionality of adding third-party widgets using their API or similar scripts.
Workaround
Users can look into creating an Atlassian Connect app for embedding the widget.
