Current State:
When a customer responds to a bot prompt in the standard flows, the bot displays a default fallback message with the offer options configured.
“Sorry I wasn’t able to help.”
This message is currently not customizable, and has led to confusion among end users, as it appears unclear or unhelpful in the context of their interaction.
Proposed Future State:
Introduce the ability for Admins to customize the fallback message shown after a customer responds to the bot. This will help improve clarity, and offer a better end-user experience.
