Notify admins/agents when there is a failure in Customer Notification Logs

      Problem Description

      Whenever there is failure in Customer Notification Logs admins can only view them when they access the logs

      Suggested Resolution

      Whenever there is a failure, admin/agent should be notified via adding an entry on the ticket itself for which the notification failed or send an email to them.

      Why this is important?

      If any important notification is not sent, then admin/agent can try to send the info via other means
