      Product Update: December 20, 2024

      Hi Everyone,

I'm pleased to say that we've just finished our roadmap for the first half of next year and this issue is part of it.

I will update this ticket once the development starts and again when it's ready for delivery.

      Thanks for your patience.

      Regards,

      Ben Costello

All the information can be found in the Service Desk mail log. Service Desk Mail log requires user to constantly monitor the log to see if a ticket has failed or not. It would be great to receive a notification like how JIRA does.

This is needed to capture visibility up-front if an email notification fails to send.

WOW! This is amazing and glad there is an update today and planned for the early next year-ish.

I stumbled upon this feature request in a community forum as this topic came up today with my team. I would love to get notifications if failures occur in any service desk as there is no way unless you manually check.
