Ability to apply additional customizations to the Help Center / portal pages, such as:

Layout
Favicon
Search bar placeholder text ("Find help and services")
Change the "Contact us about" text with the ability to remove it completely from the page.
Background image
Send Button
Request groups Layout.
Static texts like Topics, Featured portals, More portals, and Recently used request forms.
Hide Related/External Resources inside of a Project
Allow customization of Organization Details shown in JSM Help Center/Customer Portal
