Ability to Customize the Self-help Content and Layout in Customer Portal

      Suggestions

      It should be possible to:

      1. Customize the label of the search box e.g. change from "Find a solution" or "What do you need help with?" to something else according to specific use-cases
      2. Add a text line or paragraph to signify the general usage of the request type list or guide customers what to do in case the search box doesn't return any result
      3. Ability to change or reorganize the way the different items are shown and the space they take from the main screen
      4. Change background color.
      5. Change font and text.
      6. Should allow to layout fields side-by-side for relevant fields to save space and grouping relevant fields.
      7. Customise the "Status" button on the portal
        These should apply to both Help Center and individual Service Desks.
