It should be possible to:
- Customize the label of the search box e.g. change from "Find a solution" or "What do you need help with?" to something else according to specific use-cases
- Add a text line or paragraph to signify the general usage of the request type list or guide customers what to do in case the search box doesn't return any result
- Ability to change or reorganize the way the different items are shown and the space they take from the main screen
- Change background color.
- Change font and text.
- Should allow to layout fields side-by-side for relevant fields to save space and grouping relevant fields.
These should apply to both Help Center and individual Service Desks.
