Suggestions
It should be possible to:
- Customize the label of the search box e.g. change from "Find a solution" or "What do you need help with?" to something else according to specific use-cases
- Customize the font colour of placeholder "What do you need help with?" to different colours according to user need.
- Add a text line or paragraph to signify the general usage of the request type list or guide customers what to do in case the search box doesn't return any result
- Ability to change or reorganize the way the different items are shown and the space they take from the main screen
- Ability to customize customer portal banner background
