      Issue Summary
      Customer would like to be able to Add images next to their welcome page in Service Desk as well as redirect Service Desk to their own customized home when the Help desk button is clicked.

      Step by Step

      • Customer has designed their custom welcome page.
      • They would like to either have a link that helps redirect to their custom designed welcome page or edit the existing Help Desk to link to their custom Welcome page.
      • Secondly, customer would like to have the ability to add an image to the Welcome Page, however this is different from the icon that is available in Service Desk > Project > Setting > Portal Settings
        • They want the image to appear only on the Welcome Page right nect to the welcome to signify the product.
