      Currently, it's only possible to edit portal names, default language, front page title, logo, help center banner, and color scheme.


      Ability to apply additional customizations to the Help Center / portal pages, such as:

      • Layout
      • Favicon
      • Search bar placeholder text ("Find help and services")
      • Change the "Contact us about" text with the ability to remove it completely from the page.
      • Background image
      • Send Button
      • Request groups Layout.
      • Static texts like Topics, Featured portals, More portals, and Recently used request forms.
      • Hide Related/External Resources inside of a Project
      • Allow customization of Organization Details shown in JSM Help Center/Customer Portal
