Add support for self-generated oAuth tokens for integrations

    • Our product teams collect and evaluate feedback from a number of different sources. To learn more about how we use customer feedback in the planning process, check out our new feature policy.

      While using the developer.atlassian.com site to create an "app" to use for integration with Aptio TargetProcess product using oAuth 2.0, some customers have the requirement to use self-generated oAuth tokens for said integrations.

      Currently the process only supports Client ID and Client Secret authentication method.
